Hello everybody,
i hope to post in correct section.

I install wapcam on my laptop with a creative web cam, no problem.
Then i want to install on a pc at home with a MS nx3000 lifecam.
Wapcam see the web cam, but when i push start, it say me no capture device found.
Could you help me?

I guess you did the device detection thing, as it worked ok on your laptop?
Otherwise, you can give a try in the menu
File->Detect Capture Device

It happens that it doesn't work with every webcam. This a driver related problem. JMF (the underlying lib for the webcam from Sun) is supposed to be compatible with VFW and WDW drivers, but I know that in some cases, in doesn't work so well.

I just don't understand when you say the WCServer discovers the webcam, but when pushing start, there is a popup saying, no capture device found?
Usually, if WapcamServer is able to discover the webcam, then it works ok.

Hello wapcamer,
i think it's a problem with microsoft camera.
today i check with another camera (creative model) and all function well.

now i'm checking to install server to view on the web the cam like a security cam.
