Here is a short list of devices supposed to work (or not) with WapcamLet.
This is the result of my testings wut since I don't own every phone of every manufacturer (poor myself), you are welcome to drop you comment regarding your device.

I recall that WapcamLet is a Java J2ME midlet, supporting MIDP2.
For those devices listed in the bad category, you should try the install anyway as there are many factors that my intervene in the process and you might have a good surprise.
